What is Payment Integration?

Modified on Thu, 23 Nov, 2023 at 4:51 PM

Payment integration refers to the seamless integration of various payment gateways, such as Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, and other similar platforms, into your website's checkout process.

By integrating these payment gateways, you enable your customers to make secure online transactions and choose their preferred payment method. Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, and similar providers offer a range of payment options, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, installment payments, and more.

Payment integration streamlines the purchasing process, provides a secure payment environment, and expands the flexibility of payment options, ultimately improving the customer experience and increasing conversion rates.

Please note: the ECommerce platform or payment processor (Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, etc) may charge a fee for each online payment. (Typically around 2-3% for local Debit/Credit cards) WEBOID does not charge any payment processing fees
