Estimates, Quotes & Proposals

Weboid will provide customers with a Quote/Estimate and/or Proposal for any new work or services requested. Accepting this quote or estimate indicates your agreement to these Terms and conditions and any conditions outlined Proposal or in the Agreement (which will be provided following your acceptance of the quote or estimate).

Upon acceptance of the Quote or Estimate—via email reply or through the provided online link—you authorise Weboid to begin development immediately. If you fail to provide required information for your website development and do not complete the Website Development Agreement, you will be issued a Website Development Abandonment Notice detailing the situation, outcomes, and associated timelines and cost.

You will be responsible for any fees outlined in your quote or estimate for work completed up to that point (this includes any non-refundable fees for Subcontractors, services or subscriptions). In the event of an abandonment notice, an additional administration fee at our standard hourly rate and any applicable collection fees will be applied to any outstanding fees or invoices.


Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Site and our services is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, related to the Site and your use of it, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action, or proceeding which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.


User Data

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing the performance of the Site, as well as data relating to your use of the Site. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. Subscriptions (Auto Charge)

By opting for autopay/subscription, you authorize Weboid and your card issuer to deduct the amount of current and future Weboid invoices from your designated credit or debit card.

• All future payments will be automatically charged to your designated card on the due date of the relevant invoice, and your authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it.
• If you wish to manage your auto-pay, such as updating your credit or debit card information or managing your auto-pay authorization, you may do so from your our Billing portal (weboid.dev/portal) or by contacting us at accounts@weboid.dev.
• Any changes must be made at least 20 days (for biennial, annual, biannual) or 7 days (for all other renewals) prior to the due date/next renewal.
• You acknowledge that you are bound by any rules your credit or debit card issuer requires for pre-authorized card transactions and are responsible for any fees charged by your credit or debit card issuer associated with any pre-authorized card transaction.
• If your payment fails to be deducted from your nominated card, Weboid will retry up to eight times before your account and website may be suspended.


Weboid Acknowledgement

All websites (partially or fully) developed by Weboid remain the property of Weboid. Weboid will retain interim and administrative access, privileges, and ownership to all websites we develop.

All websites (partially or fully) developed by Weboid must retain the "Website Developed by Weboid," "Website created by Weboid," or similar, and the Weboid logo at the footer of all pages. You do not have permission to remove the Weboid acknowledgments! You must obtain written permission from Weboid to remove these acknowledgments; please contact us at hello@weboid.dev regarding the cost of removing these acknowledgments.

Removal of these acknowledgments WITHOUT written permission from Weboid will result in unauthorized removal charges! (Payable within 72 hours)


Miscellaneous

This policy and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
